Chance Skateboards is proud to stand behind every product we make. If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time you receive it, before gripping, riding, wearing or washing, please feel free to send them back for a refund or exchange. Damaged boards, wheels, or worn or washed clothing is ineligible for warranty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There may be cases in which you may want to exchange or return a deck or a new piece of Chance Skateboards© clothing due to a concern about the size, fit, product expectations, or other similar reason. Chance Skateboards© will accept unused boards and garments originally purchased direct from Chance Skateboards© and issue a replacement. Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. If a replacement product is unavailable we will contact the customer to determine how they would like to proceed. Returned items should be sent with the Chance Skateboards© return form and a copy of the original order receipt received with your Chance purchase. If you do not have one, please contact Customer Service (sales@chanceskateboards.com), and please have your online order # ready. Gear received without a receipt or proper return form will be sent back to the customer. All garments sent in for repair must be unwashed and CLEAN; Dirty or laundered garments will be returned without a resolution of your return. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for returns & exchanges – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, please note on the return form; that cost will be incurred by the sender. In the case of returns, we will credit the original credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we will contact you for alternative options or credit the credit card.
